100-night Sleep Trial

Experiencing a night of peaceful sleep on a mattress designed to support your body is unparalleled. At the end of the day (no pun intended), sleep is very personal. That's why we offer a 100-night sleep trial for our fully customisable latex mattresses.  If you are not satisfied with the firmness you select, we will help adjust your mattress. 

 

Mattress Layer Exchange 

For the Athena and Marina mattresses, you can swap out any layer to a different density within the first 100 nights for free!  It may take several weeks for your body to get adjusted to the feel of a new mattress. Because of this, we will require you to try the mattress for a minimum of 30 days from the date of receipt of the mattress before initiating the layer exchange. 

If the mattress still doesn't feel right after the exchange, you can initiate a second layer exchange. However, we will need to charge a nominal fee of $150 to cover our third-party transport costs.   

The mattress layer exchange does not apply to the Inoa mattress, Aelia baby cot mattress, Neva mattress topper, and custom-made mattresses. 

 

Making a Return 

In the unlikely event that you still find that the mattress doesn't meet your needs, you can return it and receive a refund on your purchase. 

We will arrange to pick up the mattress as soon as possible. Upon successful collection of the mattress, we will refund your purchase amount less a nominal fee of $300 to cover our third-party transport costs. The refund process will take within 3 working days, and it will take no more than 7 days for the refund to be credited back to your bank account.
