Mattress & Mattress Topper Warranty
Who and what does this warranty cover?
The warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the mattress & mattress topper purchased directly from Good Knight® or an authorized dealer. The warranty is not transferable.
Good Knight® mattresses & mattress toppers when used normally for their intended purpose are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials, described as follows:
-
Any visible indentation in the mattress or topper equal to or greater than ten percent (15%) of the original height of the natural latex rubber foam that is not associated with or resulting from a faulty, improper, or unsupportive foundation, platform, or adjustable bed base that is not designed or constructed so that it is capable of handling the combined weight of the mattress & mattress topper, foundation, and its intended users. Sufficient support is deemed to be a solid bed base or a slatted base with unyielding slats thick enough to support the user and the mattress. However, the slats or supports must be no more than 5cm apart. In any case, Good Knight® may decide in its sole discretion whether sufficient support was used.
- Any physical flaw in the natural latex foam that causes it to split or crack, despite normal use and proper handling.
-
Any manufacturing defect in the mattress cover, such as the fabric tearing but due to normal wear and tear or stitching unraveling.
- Any manufacturing defect in the zipper assembly of the mattress or mattress topper.
What will Good Knight® do?
If any component in the mattress should fail prematurely during the warranty period, we will, upon inspection, repair or replace that component for you. If an identical component is not available at the time of replacement, we reserve the right to substitute the material or product of comparative or higher quality. The repair or replacement does not extend the original period of limited warranty, nor does it constitute the beginning of a new limited warranty period.
How long does the warranty coverage last?
