Good Knight is proud to be a part of the SEAQUAL community dedicated to fighting marine pollution. The community collaborate with NGOs, cleaning programs, local communities, authorities, activists, and more to clean our beaches, oceans and river, and give a new life to the waste collected, in the form of a sustainable and 100% recycled textile solution - the SEAQUAL YARN.

12 Million Tonnes of Plastic Dumped into Our Clean Every Year

Production of plastics is growing exponentially. This year another 400 million tons of virgin plastic will be produced. Only 9% of all plastics ever produced have been recycled. Much of the plastic waste find its way into our ocean.

Left alone these plastics will break down into microplastics which enter the very beginning of the food chain, permeating through all species, including ourselves, with consequences which today we are only beginning to understand.

Together for a Clean Ocean

SEAQUAL YARN is made from plastic collected from the oceans through the collaborative efforts of the SEAQUAL community. To date, 200 tonnes of marine litter have been transformed into SEAQUAL YARN. A fraction of which ultimately shape one of our Good Knight mattress collection. We are proud to be part of this circular economy that allows us to contribute to keeping our oceans and rivers a little cleaner.
